After you complete the booking form

• You will receive an automated acknowledgement. (You may need to check both your inbox,  and spam/junk folders depending on your email provider.)

• Within 48 hrs of you registering, the reservations steward will contact you with details of the total site fees due, and what to do next.

How to confirm your booking

• Regardless of where you are travelling from, you have to pay in advance. 

• Your booking is confirmed once the treasurer records that your payment has arrived. 

• Unfortunately we have to collect payment in advance because we have to pay the site's fee prior to the event starting. 

Booking closes on 10 January 2024, 18:00 CET

Please book in in time to enable proper planning. This applies for day trippers, too.  No bookings will be accepted after 10 January 2024.

Cancellation and refund policy

This policy will apply as long as the event will still break even after the cancellation and may be waived  at the sole discretion of the Event Stewards on a case by case basis. 

Cancelling more than 2 weeks before the event?

If you cancel on or before 28 December 2023 you will receive a full refund.

Cancelling within one to two weeks before the event?

If you cancel between 28th of December 2023 - 4th January 2024, you will receive a 50% Refund.
Due to the fact that we are unlikely to be able to fill your spot at this point and some outlay will already have been made.

Cancelling less than one week before the event, but prior to the event starting?

If you cancel between 5 - 10 January 2024 , you will receive a 25% Refund.
